Xan is multi-disciplined in visual, ceramic, yoga, and culinary arts. Her passion for whole foods led to creating the 1st Wasaga Beach seasonal vegan takeout in 2019.  As of 2021, Beach Veggie is a year round home-based commercial kitchen. Her values for a healthy mind, body, and planet inspire her scrumptious recipes.
